Captain Joseph Riccio,

Joseph is a former merchant marine, a licensed boat captain (100-ton near coastal master), a Maryland licensed general contractor and a real estate broker, making him well qualified for property management and property sales on the Eastern Shore and in the St. Michaels area.  He has vast experience navigating the waters of the East Coast and has been selling real estate for over ten years.

With these qualifications his company is highly capable to assist with the needs of all property owners, whether it is real estate sales, vacation rentals, home improvement, property management or maritime services.

Jeannie Haddaway-Riccio,
Director of Marketing & Vacation Specialist

A native of St. Michaels, Maryland, Jeannie has a B.A. from Salisbury University, where she minored in graphic design.  She has been involved in marketing, public relations and event planning for over fifteen years.  She is the owner of Dragonfly Designs which partners with Maritime Properties on advertising, vacation packages and wedding planning.  

In addition to marketing, Jeannie helps vacation rental clients with their entire vacation experience.  She has a vast knowledge of the St. Michaels area and the Eastern Shore, which allows her to assist vacationers with information on local restaurants, sightseeing and more.  She also coordinates our Concierge Services.
